No restaurant open when I arrived Sunday evening and a very limited menu. I expect more from a Sheraton. Bathroom to small could only open the shower door inwards. (Room 405)

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We were also impressed with the location, which allowed us to walk to many nearby attractions, including the stunning lake. The cozy atmosphere was another plus. It made us feel right at home.
Although we had a great time, we felt that some things could be improved. The lack of gym or partnership with a local gym was a downside.

Great location, close to Enge Railway Station, walking distance to the old city and tram to the zoo. Many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Free WiFi, veritable breakfast, and Nespresso coffee machine in the spacious room. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Manager Luana.
